Guilds that lag behind the leader in guild level will receive large amount of guild experience. The greater the gap between the top 1 guild and you, the more give you experience. Also, this system will not allow you to overtake the top guilds. That is, if you have a gap of 5-10 guild levels, you will not receive a multiplier for guild experience.
